2. Scope of Work by Trade

2.1 Demolition (If Applicable)

Scope:

  • Remove existing interior partitions as indicated on demolition plan
  • Remove existing ceiling grid and tiles in affected areas
  • Remove existing flooring in affected areas
  • Cap abandoned plumbing and electrical
  • Protect building systems not being modified
  • Haul-off and disposal of all demolition debris
  • Clean and prepare space for new construction
